What’s not to like about a gorgeous mint ice cream with fairtrade chocolate chips smashed up and scattered throughout? Incidentally we tried selling white mint ice cream but could never persuade anyone to buy it. So we succumbed and coloured it green; however, as you would guess, we use a natural home made green colouring (don’t tell the kids: its baby spinach leaves!)
Mega Mint Oreo. 700ml.
Ingredients: Milk, cream, sugar, skimmed milk powder, egg yolks, Oreo biscuits 8% [Wheat flour, sugar palm oil, rapeseed oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder 4.5%, Wheat starch, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents (potassium carbonates, sodium carbo-nates), salt, emulsifiers (Soya lecithin, sunflo-wer lecithin, flavouring)], dextrose, peppermint extract, natural green colour [spinach, water]. Keep frozen at -18 or below. For best results, remove from freezer 10 minutes before enjoying.
