Ingredients: Milk, damson coulis 18% (damsons, sugar), Fair Trade sugar, cream, dextrose,, skimmed milk powder, emulsifying agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters, thickening agents: carob bean gum, guar gum. Allergy advice: For allergies see ingredients in bold. This product is made in the same kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, soy & nuts. Keep frozen at -18 or below.
