Made with our very own fresh rhubarb compote, blended and rippled into our artisan ice cream with a delicate dose of ginger oil to give it that little fiery after taste.

Ingredients: Milk, Fair Trade sugar, cream, rhubarb (14%), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, ginger oil (1%, natural flavouring preparations, sunflower oil), emulsifying agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters, thickening agents: carob bean gum, guar gum. Allergy Advice: For allergies see ingredient in bold.This product is made in the same kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, soy & nuts. Keep frozen at -18 or below.
