Using a 55% cocoa of the smooth Belgian Fairtrade couverture chocolate that we love, we create a sumptuous base, laced with marshmallows, digestives (Sainsbury’s are the only sustainable palm oil version we can find), and white chocolate drops (same Belgian Fairtrade couverture origin), this makes a fantastic treat.
